Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you are not charged again.
- Unused monthly build allowance does not roll over and is not refundable as it is a usage limit, not a stored balance.
Refunds
- Because Rivet delivers digital results immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will investigate and issue a fair refund where appropriate.
- If drawings or a plan do not meet your expectations, regenerate them or adjust your brief first — most issues are resolved by refining the inputs. Our support team can help.
Statutory rights (UK/EU consumers)
For consumers in the UK and EU, the 14-day right to cancel digital services may be waived once delivery of digital content begins with your consent. Where the statutory right applies and has not been waived, we will honour it. This policy does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are billed once up front at a discount. If you cancel a yearly plan, access continues until the end of the paid year; part-year refunds are at our discretion and considered case by case.
How to request a refund
Email support@paulconeng.shop with your account email and a short description. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. See also our Terms of Service.
